Luna's Mistress
The mysterious person Luna appears to be working for, usually reffered to by her as "my Lady". Nothing is known about her other than that she has some sort of connection to Aqua Regina. Who is she really? It seems that she's the Aqua Regina's sister. But Lucia didn't have a sister... did she?
